Here's the Volvo Intercooler we got from the junkyard.

Here's how the IC fit in the engine bay.

We had a lil bit of a hard time getting it in.
But after getting rid of the grill and making some room with the sawzall we had all the room we needed to mount the intercooler. We then plumbed it with some pvc and misc hose and it was all done.
